[Bf-committers] MBall transform & Displist problems

1) In the new metaball transform code (which is nice, btw), clicking
MMB to constrain to an axis (inside editmode, to scale elems like
tube) does *not* cancel the previous transform, unlike all other
editmodes. This is confusing.

I was told to poke theeth with it, as he's the transform guru :)

2) fastshade() (or whatever it's called after the refactor now) calculates
wrong texture coordinates for "Simple Subdiv" mode. It uses the uncreased
texture coordinates even though creasing is at 100% (that's the new
implementation for simple subdiv - catmull with 100% creasing).

Testcase: Plane, image texture (NOT uv), shaded mode, Simple Subdiv,
Subsurf to 6, notice the skewed texture 'cells'. Compare to 2.36
