Hi, I've noticed that normal grab isn't as good as it used to be.

First of all, I'm not talking about Shrink/Fatten, as under the old 
system normal grab was different and was added for extrude.

Essentially, it averages the translation vector and uses it as a basis 
for normals, or some such thing.  I can't remember the specifics, but I 
do know that extruding in 2.36 is much more intuitive then current CVS 
with the new transform system.
