[Bf-committers] rotate manipulator

hi,
am having fun with new manipulators, but I find confusing that when
rotating more than 180 deg, the grayed area si flipped for the narrower
arc, the rotation angle in 3d view on the bottom left is still growing,
so I suppose also the darker area should follow this and grow to
eventually fill the whole circle, and maybe start from the scratch or
even darker the new area a little bit more.
