[Bf-committers] uv's in edit mode

Hi all,

The tests with display of textures in Mesh editmode didn't satisfy (at
all!).
Most evidently it's because the textured display really confuses all
visual clues that makes solid-drawmode modeling nice now. Plus it's
difficult to see which mode you're in too.

I also gave up on it because the drawobject.c and displist.c code
should need total refactory as well, and that's now out of the focus
for what I can do now. :)
(For example, I tried painting directly on a subsurf)

These (face/paint/edit) modes issue then is for another research
cycle... for now I'll just make sure that switching between UV-FaceMode
and EditMode is as nice as possible, copying selections and hide
status.
