[Bf-committers] Global Undo hotkeys

Ok, if it should really Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y like the standard then we need:
- Ctrl+O for open
- Ctrl+S for save
- f11 fullscreen
etc.

A mix of standard keys and typical blender keys is more confusing and 
much more inconsistent and harder to renember then a uniform assignment 
of keys.

Blender lags on many inconsistentlies and mixing of standard hotkeys and 
  Blender hotkeys is just one more:
