I disagree.  Standard editor workflow goes cross-platfrom on almost all 
applications; even the newest Blender user should be able to guess that 
"Undo" is CTRL-Z, but CTRL-U?

Which reminds me, this new undo stuff is great!  Just compiled from 
latest CVS!  Really, really cool.  Thanks to all who have contributed to 
this.
