[Bf-committers] Hotkey Reference Script Update 040916

Hello JMS, Hello Dev-Team,

i updated the Hotkey Reference Script again.

I changed the GUI slightly:
- fine tuning in spaces and placement
- using Blender default colors

and added a chapter about MouseActions, so the script is now titled as:
"HotKey and MouseAction Reference"
at the help menu.
