Hello all..

The following patch adds a feature i have been missing in edit mode:
When you have already rigged up a character and finished tweaking the
vertex groups for nice movement, there is now way to add some deatails
to the mesh without painfull reassigning vertex groups to new vertices.

While new vetices are created while subdividing , loop and knive cutting
and extruding, thoose vertices were created without any vertex group
membership even when the vertices they are derived from of had vertex
groups assigned.

This patch extends the subdividing *core* ( which interpolates UVs
nicly ) with vertex group propagation, so that newly creteated vertices
inherit the group membership of their neighbours. The extrude code is
extended that way too.
