[Bf-committers] Emilie McDavid's StretchTo Buttons Alignment Patch

Attached you shall find Emilie's alignment patch for the StretchTo 
Constraint buttons.  Her military email account is broken at the moment 
so she asked me if I would be so kind a s to submit it for her.  So 
without further ado, I present to the viewing audience..... the patch!
