[Bf-committers] Layer Manager physically inaccessible

The harddrive which contained the iblender2 development tree started
making funny clickering noises yesterday and wasn't recognized anymore - 
had to replace it and put a 3 weeks old backup on it - which was made
exactly 3 days before I coded the Layermanager - fun :)

So, for now, that story is "postponed", sorry.
