[Bf-committers] Savepath commandline option

Hi Roel, since I now understand that the 'RenderDeamon' is just a per scene 
toggle that the render broker looks at, I think Ill add support to get/set 
this from python.

It would be really easy to write a python render broker.

Id like to add as options in the render view -
* Random Frame Order
* Touch File for images in progress
* Dont Overwrite existing images

These could be accsessed from python also.

Goofster- If you get somthing working without verse this would be cool- Keep 
us up to date with your work on this.
