[Bf-committers] Dithering

Hi,

I'm pretty sure it's a welcome addition, as an option of course. In the  
very dark ages we had this in Blender too, but it was removed to enable  
compression (tga, jpg, mpg) better.

So, nice too see it back :)
I'm still a bit too busy right now, but will verify the patch soon!
