[Bf-committers] AVI codec?

Just to re-iterate my initial question: 

I thought I'd try AVI-Codec to render an animation. However, if I select that,
there is no 'codec' button (As the manual suggests there should be) so I cannot
choose a codec to use...

Have I built something incorrectly? Has this functionality changed somewhere??

(Regardless of "you shouldn't do that" issues - If I can use a lossless codec,
I'd like to save the diskspace!)
