Hi,

 I tried to post bugs to the bugtracker several times in the past with
 no success. Often I always was "unknown" despite the fact that I have
 had an account there...sometimes other failures happened.

 I disabled my IDS, my Firewall and switched on java,javascript and
 cookies...with no positive effekt.
