For the X11 users there is:

 http://xvidcap.sourceforge.net/

Haven't tried if it supports OpenGL, but maybe it does. Someone would have to 
try. Disadvantage is of course, that Flash movies are much smaller compared 
to the mpeg or whatever movies that xvidcap creates.
