Great work on the outliner so far Ton. Couple things I've discovered in 
my poking:

If you chose View By Visible Layer and then click anything in the 
outliner it crashes. Also, why are all of the icons except for the world 
icon gray? I thought that when you had selected the item the icon was 
supposed to be colored? I'm still doing some testing because I'm trying 
to recreate a crash with the outliner that has something to do with 
parenting hooks, but I have no luck yet on figuring out exactly what. 
More later I guess.
