Hi,

The info is all in the release log;

Open the 'Oops schematic window' and you can find the menu to set  
outliner mode for it. This is a persistant setting, so next time you  
chek the OopsWindow it shows outliner too.
So you can also just use the old hotkey SHIFT+F9.

I've added the ALT+SHIFT+F9 only as a temporal quick shortcut.
