[Bf-committers] Problem with menus and their last used option memory

I don't know when it got introduced, but menus suddenly forget the
last chosen option.

For example, the ctrl-L menu: When I have used "Materials", and then
call CTRL-L again, "Materials" should be highlighted. Instead, it
just starts with no option selected.

The CTRL-C menu is broken in another way: it randomly chooses "Size"
or "Rotation" when I last used "Size".

Should be looked into...
