This still needs to be documented: you have to edit
source\icons\winblender.rc so that the resources contain also
source\icons, so source\icons\winblender.ico etc.

I'm not sure why it happens like this, but I guess it is something
specific to gorc.exe. Anyway, I added this info to the tute in the CMS
(http://www.blender3d.org/cms/Microsoft_VC___Toolkit_2003.276.0.html)
