Already done.  Also not touching the user-def.mk stuff I was also 
thinking of putting a sample somewhere. I was thinking
user-def.mk.examp  or something similar.

Also for the location of the *.mk files Ton suggested putting them
in (BLENDERHOME)/make which already exists.  I think that makes more sense.

Keep the ideas comming though guys. :)
