[Bf-committers] Proposal for 2.36 release

If the developers could give me a short text in english i can translate 
it into german and be your personal paperboy for RC and final releases.

Got now a registration on nearly 20 sites (may some game dev sites 
missing). Any suggestions welcome.

So besides www.blender.org there could be much more audience.
