[Bf-committers] new feature list for animation

As some of you might know, I've been working on a couple of animation 
features and doing a lot of thinking and experimentation for the last 
year. I'm making a nice proposal page laying out what I think that 
Blender needs in order to be a great animation tool.

I'll put up a link when it's finished.
