[Bf-committers] Slider design issues

holding down ctrl will using steps ion sliders, but some sliders has to 
big steps:

- Energy slider for Lamps has step size 1.0 better would be 0.5 or 0.1
	like RGB color sliders
- Dist slider for Lamps using step size 10 better would be 5
- the Nor-slider at the Map To panel has a huge step size of 10
	(disp slider has just 0.1)

nice would be holding down Shift+Ctrl would cut steps half (fine 
adjustment).
