[Bf-committers] Nor IPO

Hi, just a quick thing I noticed about Nor and IPO
curves while working on an animation:

An IPO curve going up (from 1.0 to 10.0) seems
only to change Nor up to its old maximum value
(5.0) and set it no higher (at least based on what
value is reported in the edit window while manually
cursoring frame by frame through a materials IPO
curve).  Nor values in the v2.34 materials window
can be set up to 25.0.
