[Bf-committers] BFont.tff change

Hi,

After half a day search for problems with installation (and finding!)  
of this file, I decided to get rid of it, and just compile it in as  
datatoc file. Found out ftgl supports that nicely!

There's a new file, src/bfont.tff.c, which needs to be added for MSVC I  
guess.

For platform managers it also means it can be removed from installation  
procedures. :)
