Hi,

Now that the NaN-Makefile system is still with us perhaps it is time to
clean it up a bit. As its original developer I can give some starters,
but as my time is very limited I don't know how much active code changes
I can implement. So I'm looking for other volunteers who are willing to
think with me here, and who have more spare time than I do ;-)

Some possible clean-up items:

- remove the need for NANBLENDERHOME and MAKEFLAGS in the environment.
- fix/cleanup the extern/ handling
- cleanup source/*.mk, move to ./

Any takers ?
