[Bf-committers] Sound patch

I've committed a fix that crashed sequencer audio. Apparently the  
SND_xxx system is not used for playing sound here...
I moved the init call for to the sound code itself (editsound.c). Still  
there's some vague dependency I don't grasp... just added the SND_xxx  
init in sequencer now too.

So, please check!

Now, is this reason to wait with committing bigger changes, and go for  
a 2.33a release?
