[Bf-committers] glFlush glFinish, ATI testing

Just committed by Kester... replacing the glFinish call with glFlush  
seems to solve the slow ATI drawing bug. Now we need confirmations for  
behaviour with nvidias and other OSs.
Please update and compile, and if possible post a test binary on the  
testing builds forum!

If this works out well, we can close one nasty series of reports. :)
