Hell, there is a glitch in my patch !

In the last reply I noticed a reference to my local web server, it 
dawned on me very quickly that my patch was fouled, basically EMACS + 
mouse wheel.
I must have clicked the wheel and accidentally pasted in the web 
reference into M_IpoCurve_New, SORRY  (bonus points lost ) !

Hope this did not cause too much of a headache !
