[Bf-committers] not working script

Hi,

 in the CVS-tree there is a script ./release/scripts/kloputils.py
 
 This one produces an error while started via the script menu entry:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
     File "<string>", line 913, in ?
    TypeError: expected string argument

 I have installed the need file ./release/bpydarta/KUlang.txt by hand
 under $HOME/.blender/scripts/.

 Again, I would appreciate an "install"-target via scons.

 As a so called "end-user" I dont want to mess around with parsing
 python script manually,  using strace to figure out what file is needed to
 be installed, searched where and the reasons, why it nevertheless
 dont work.
