Hi, back to what was discussed last Sunday:

Blender's cvs, where many developers can help maintain the list, got no
complaints.  It'll be easier to package for release and also for Kent to
link them, I suppose, if we have a central repository.

A new "top" dir is probably the best place, since that doesn't force
anyone getting blender sources to also get the scripts.

Anyone against this idea?  Suggestion for another place?  If not, it
would be great if one of the project admins could create the dir so we
can start committing the 2.32 enabled scripts there.

PS: as an added bonus, we can move the files inside
source/blender/python/api2_2x/doc/ (= some test files and all our epydoc
source files for the api ref manual) to this new place, then.
