[Bf-committers] Default directory under Windows

If you are running Windows, Blender's default
directory is c:\Documents and
Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Not a
Number\Blender.

I was wondering if the "Not a Number" should be
removed and the default would be: c:\Documents and
Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Blender?

Any idea if this change would cause problems for
existing Windows users?
