[Bf-committers] Constraint Feature

Hey!

I was going to commit your constraint (with a fix) to
tuhopuu, but being the lazyass that I am, I'd like if
you could quickly write a little description that
could fit in the featurelist.txt file.

PS: Regarding the fix, it's just a where_is_object
call in the constraint target to solve the lagging
issue.
