[Bf-committers] Projects list updated

Hi,

New listing:
http://www.blender.org/docs/projects.html

I've added two projects which still need to be confirmed (decided on):  
the Mesh editing and Transform projects. Will put that on the agenda  
for the irc meeting, and/or move that topic for discussion here when  
the developers are not available today.

Of course more projects can be defined, plus we could think over how to  
formalize it a little more, like the 'module owner' list at mozilla.  
Target should be to enable and empower smaller teams as much as  
possible to work on new features and improvements.
