I'm about to remove the entire auto* build from cvs. It is replaced by
SCons. (www.scons.org)
On a couple of platforms, it is possible to build blender with the game
engine enabled (ode only though). To build the player, you need to use
the regular Make environment. Building the player still needs to be
implemented in the SCons environment.
