[Bf-committers] Game Engine Audio Mute

I don't know if this is already possible or available, but if it isn't
then this is the right time to add it.

Some sort of actuator/hotkey that will instantly mute ALL sound from the
game engine.  If you feel fancy enought, you could add another one that
would instantly lower all sound volume 50% untill pressed again.. like
the "Chat" function on some car's radios.
