The LSHIFTKEY RSHIFTKEY LRSHIFTKEY (LRCTRLKEY, LRLALTKEY) was brought up in 
a past discussion.  Ton stated that it can be dropped and just use single 
modifiers.  Apparently Windows doesn't support differentiation on the Left 
and Right level, but at one point it was intended to allow that to be done 
on some unix platforms.
