[Bf-committers] Rotate Edge to Replace Flip Edge Feedback Needed

Is your example Cube->subdivide->Quads to Tris->Flip? Because that is
just crazy :) It will be better when this can be implemented with a
true edge select not a vert select. Because in your example there are
edges that you do not want flipped that will be (like the ones along
the outside of the cube)
