[Bf-committers] Autoselect objects on append

Hi,

I've created a small patch which adds a "Autoselect" button for the Append
mode of SHIFT-F1. This will cause the selected objects to be in selected
state when appending. Particularly handy when adding lots of objects in an
already big scene.

Bastian "just call me darling" Salmela requested this small feature, and
he tested it also successfully. If it looks ok to you, I'm happy to
