[Bf-committers] Release 2.28c progress

Hi,

Envmap has been committed today.
I also committed the release log, doesn't look bad at all!

Tomorrow morning I want at least to edit a 'c' in the splash or so...

Just found out Theeth's grabber/rotate/scale patch wasn't committed  
yet... he'll get time for it until tomorrow morning (GMT)... :)

I'll mail tomorrow morning to say the 'go' for the release machines.  
Oh, of course people can test too!
