I tested out the code I wrote before.  It appears to work fine.

I got Verts, Faces and Halos working, but it was late and I didn't look too 
hard for the code where the LampRen structs are filled.  So those still have 
the hard limit of 32k.

 What if it turned out that the only thing wrong
  at Microsoft is that Bill just _really_ loves
       the sound of hard disks indexing?
