[Bf-committers] Issues with vertical alignment.

   The sub-windows can be aligned vertically within a window, but the
window-header cannot--it is always aligned horizontally along the top or bottom
of the window. This makes the vertical alignment of the sub-windows rather
useless, because many of the header buttons get hidden when they're on a tall
and thin window.
   It would be nice to be able to align window-headers vertically as well.
