I would like a chance to do the tooltips before final commit: sometime 
between the 26-29. If this isn't considered important then no problem, 
but right now there are a bunch that are flat out wrong let alone 
unhelpful.

Please let me know if this would be valuable and how I should go about 
it. I can send full files or diff files as desired.
