Hi,

Ahh! There's code in Ghost, which gives the available screen size, this  
doesnt take into account the top header.
It should be fixed in Ghost, I tried but gave up after an hour...

It's #ifdef coded in Blender now, assuming the height of the bar is 22  
pixels (default). People with different themes in OSX might run into  
troubles here.
I challenge someone to fix this in ghost!

Anyhoo, a too large defined window (blender -p 0 0 2000 2000) will now  
nicely clip, and put the Blender window header behind the topbar, very  
nice!

To not frustrate the powerbook resultion people, I'll keep the standard  
height smaller, so it won't overlap with the bottom toolbar, nor the  
top headerbar. For the future, we can look at a way to initialize  
default OSX window better...
