It looks nice!!!!
Just a few small problems ;)
Display buttons (f-10) is blank, Script buttons window, is blank, 
Radiosity buttons window, is blank, Paint buttons window, is blank, 
World buttons window, just has the preview window ( this disappears 
when the mouse curser moves to a 3d window), Materials buttons window, 
same as the World buttons window. The only window with any thing is the 
View buttons window, it has Output, Render, Anim, and Format, which 
used to be in the Display buttons window. Also the scroll wheel no 
longer resizes the buttons in the buttons windows, it still works in 
the 3d windows though.

It compiles fine, OS X2.6.
I know it's a work in progress, thanks for the great work :)
