I'm experiencing some problems using Blender 2.28 on my notebook. I
think it has something to do with my hardware because all the older
versions of Blender give me the same problems; could you guys take a
look at it?

My Machine:
Dell Inspiron 8500
Pentium4 2.5GHz CPU
512 MB Ram
64 MB nVidia Geforce 4200 Go GPU

Problems:
My machine hangs for about 7 seconds whenever I move my
mouse over the title-bar of the main Blender window and the Blender
helper window.
My machine hangs for about 10 seconds whenever I switch
between the Blender Window and another application window.
Note:
These problems occur whether I am running Blender alone or with other
applications at the same time. Blender doesn't interfere with these
other applications in any way; it is only when I touch Blender that my
machine starts to hang.

Other:
I am using an nVidia GeForce 4200 Go GPU which uses some new technology
called "nView Keystone" which allows me to warp and blend the appearance
of the screen: Blender's interface doesn't show properly when "nView
Keystone" is enabled - do you guys think you could sort it out too?
