[Bf-committers] Follow Path draw error

Add a cube (anything, really).  
Add a Path.
Parent Object to path with "Follow Path".
Delete Path.

Object now has dashed blue "follow path" parent line drawn to (0,0,0).

It leaves a follow path constrint to a null object in the cube's constraints.   
Can be fixed by manually deleting the cubes's constraint.

Should contraints based on null objects be deleted or left in as placeholders?  
If left in as a placeholder, then constraint lines to null objects should not 
be drawn.
