It is all clear: UK uses international units (187 X 235 mm) and pounds
(£39.95) while USA goes with imperial units (7 3/8 X 9 1/4) and
dollars ($59.95). And they have different timezones too, with a
difference of around 840 hours (27 October 2003 to 30 November
2003). Oh! And USA works on Sundays. Pretty easy. ;]

I have been waiting for other book around a year, but translation has
delayed it... the editor has such humor that now they carry a blank
book to expos, only the cover is printed, the rest is white paper. You
should take the issue about Gino's book with a bit of humor and
pacience too. Maybe if you were writing it, or editing it or
something, it would matter, but when you are just a expectator...
