[Bf-committers] CVS mails

Hi,

When new projects get created at projects.blender.org, they get three  
maillists. A 'dev' a 'cvs' and a 'user' list. We don't need the three  
for bf-blender, but I think it will be useful for a cleaner list if we  
move the cvs output (and discussions about it) to a separate list now.

Objections?
