[Bf-committers] More cleanup stuff

I was thinking more about the .blender dir
The source directory should really be setup so there is no bin dir by default.
also to keep with conformity it would be nice if the stuff in the bin/.blender
dir was in blender/release/datafiles anyway (at least the stuff that isn't
autogenerated).

Also I was thinking maybe we should probably move the following
into the release dir?
source/darwin
source/icons

Finally is there a reason to have two tools directorys?
Maybe we should move the stuff in source/tools to intern/tools?
(and or the other way around?)
